I went for laser again Tuesday night.  I was sort of wondering why it still hurt so much.  The lady, Charyl (who has the coolest British accent), told me that every time I go, she ups the “juice”.  I actually shed a tear this time.  I don’t know why I do this to myself.

My sister stayed over Tuesday night.  We watched a french movie and went to bed way too late.

I slept until 9:00 a.m.  Holly CRAP!  I haven’t slept that late in ages.  Must have something to do with the fact that I’ve been working 13 days straight!

We had breakfast outside on my deck and chatted.  I love days off.  Wish I had more of them.

When France left, I started with the grass cutting.  Around four hours and a giant blister later, when I was just wrapping up, it started to rain.  It was almost as if Mother Nature was waiting for me to finish to let the rain come ’cause she knew it would be a long time before I had the opportunity to do the much-needed work around the yard.  Thanks!

We were going to get together France, Scott and I with Scott’s friends Mike and Diane and have dinner on a patio downtown Cornwall – because it’s so happening (insert funny face here) but, the torrential downpour was sort of working against us.  I saw lightning like I haven’t seen in years.  It was beautiful.  I love big storms.

Jacob’s soccer game was cancelled so I didn’t get to see him.  I was sort of bummed out about that.  He comes home tomorrow though.  Youpi! (That’s french for hooray…)

It’s raining again today.  I was going to cut some more grass but, I guess Mother Nature wanted me to take a break tonight.  So, I’ll stay inside and knit.  Like anyone would need to twist my arm to do that.

My Korella is coming along.  I’ve got the back done and maybe 1/3 of the front.  It’s quite boring but I will persist.

My PP (purse project) is getting there.  I’m about to turn the heel.  Hmmm, when will I find myself in a waiting room next.  Maybe I’ll be able to work on them at Tina’s on Saturday after our run and before our stead dinner.

My Olive is moving slowly but surely.  It’ll be so nice when it’s all finished.  It’s also reallyboring.  The neck was the most interesting part so far.  I did spend about two hours trying to increase from 53 sts to 80 sts the other night, until I realized I was working on the wrong section and was trying to increase 27 sts into 70 to add up to 80.  I have my moments.  It’s all sorted out and moving along… in stocking stitch.  I worked on it for a few minutes yesterday but had to stop because I was falling asleep.  That can’t be good.  Could you imagine?  Falling asleep while you’re knitting?  My friend Michelle knits in bed.  She told me that she once fell asleep knitting socks and woke up with a needle poking her in the forehead.  Good thing she didn’t poke out her eyeball!

I got an interesting e-mail the other day.  I can’t say what it was about yet but, I’m really excited.

Going to knit now.  Ciao!
