Goodbye

My Memère died yesterday.   She was 87.  Now she’s with my Pepère.

I like this picture of her.  She was so cute. 

I spent a few hours with her on Saturday morning.  She had much altered in the past few weeks.  She still had the most beautiful and soft grey hair though. 

I think she knew we were there.  She would open her eyes and look like she was smiling when we announced ourselves. 

She was with my sister when she passed.  She loved my little sister and I’m glad they were together.

We’re all going to miss her but she’s not suffering anymore.
