We spun at Anne-Marie’s…
and had a guild meeting. I finally joined the spinning guild. I need a wheel now but finances don’t allow for this yet just yet. Got to pay bills first. Haha.
We went to this little farm in the middle of nowhere…
I spun this…
And then I took my Blue Faced Leicester off the Niddy Noddy and it looked like this…
270 yards of lace/sock weight. Isn’t it gorgeous? I’m going to kettle dye it when I have time.
I’m so excited I can hardly keep it in. I want to tell everyone – even though they really don’t care about spinning and knitting and all things related. (Sorry Kelly and Sharon for yesterday…)
No need to be sorry Mylene…it’s cute that you’re so into it. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with talking about something you love; hell, it makes me wanna try knitting again when you get so excited about it (not to mention the amazing things you can make!) You go girl!
Log cabin…Memories,,, That’s kind of the look we were aiming for! Oh well…
That sock yarn looks soooo soft and beautiful. Congratulations.
