Hello everyone! This is my first post… ever. How excited am I you ask? If I had room in my space, I would do cartwheels. (I think I can still do cartwheels.)
My son set this all up for me. He’s pretty smart (and handsome). Jacob! You’re the best!! Poor kid has been working on this non-stop. He said he was up until 3:00 a.m. last night (this morning) working on getting the header just the way I want it. I owe you Buddy.
Thank you for understanding, accepting, and not being embarassed (much) by my obsession. He never laughs at me, or makes fun of the fact that there’s yarn everywhere. He even lets me knit at the movies!!! I’m a lucky mother (at least that’s how I feel today). He’s 14. It’s touch-and-go sometimes.
I must sign off for now. It’s late and it’s back to work tomorrow. (I really hate this work thing. I totally cuts into my knitting time. It makes me angry that earning a living takes up so much time that could otherwise be spent knitting. C’est la vie!)
Wow Mylène … this is great. Thumbs up to you and Jacob
WOW! WOW! WOW!
I’m so happy for you! It looks great! Bravo Jacob…Good job, mon homme!
A few tears came to my eyes when I saw memère’s picture and your comments. I’m certain she will really appreciate what you will knit for her. And I’m convinced that she feels a certain pride to know that her granddaughter has inherited some of her talent.
Love you both!
This is great. I’m glad for you and anxious to see how it works out. I’ll be checking back often.
Congratulations Jacob on all your hard work for your mother.
This a cool website…..You must have a nice son to do this for you. But I think his hair looks funny.
