I was driving to work just before six a.m. this past Saturday morning and noticed that you can still see the stars. How strange that I haven’t noticed this before. I’ve been driving to work that early on weekends for four years now and it’s the first time I notice the stars.
Does this mean that I don’t pay attention to things like this?
I’m discovering, as I get older, that there are/have been a lot of things I never noticed.
I drive by woods on my way to work at the office every morning. I only noticed last summer that in some parts, there’s ivy growing up and all over them. Have they always been like that?
Back to knitting:
I haven’t really had a chance to work on my bro-in-law’s Cobblestone sweater over the weekend. I’ve got most of the body done (2 more inches), which isn’t bad. I don’t know how it’ll turn out in the Briggs & Little I decided to use. He works outside and I wanted to use a tough wool as opposed to a prettywool. That, and I didn’t want to spend too much money on it because he felted the last one by accident. Hahahahaha.
I haven’t even blocked my February Lady yet! Maybe I’ll get to it this week sometime… after I catch up on my sleep.
