It’s hard to believe I haven’t blogged since the middle of August.  Where does the time go?

Being back on shift is taking a little getting used to.  It’s been great ’cause it gives me time to do things.  Things like this:

A little spoiling myself.
Meeting little Oliver for the first time. He's my friend Kelly's new baby.
Some spinning.

Going zip-lining with Jacob before he starts school.  (Grade 12 – Yikes!)

Knitting baby presents.
Relaxing...
Going to bon-fires.
Eating my face off.

Spending the weekend at Michelle’s.  Attending the Kitchener/Waterloo Knitter’s Fair.  Eating a lot.  Spinning.  Enjoying my friend and her family.  I love it there!

Homemade EVERYTHING!!!  Yum.

Around the house…

The Fair!  Cloe came with us for the first time this year.  She’s such a big girl now.

My favorite booth:  Viola.  She also has an Etsy shop.

A little grub in a local pub.

Then home for some more grub.

Damn it was good!!!  I think last weekend is the reason my jeans are too tight this week!  Bah, a small price to pay.

I also finished up a skein of alpaca/silk.  Yum.

Had a good laugh at this one!

Breakfast on Sunday morning before leaving.  Corn tortillas with melted cheese and homemade salsa.  OMG were they good!

Cloe’s white dragon.

Then on my next day off, I picked grapes for Michelle and went for a walk in the back yard.

Hit a little pub in Maxville called the Bothy Brew.  What a cute name.  I drive by it all the time on the way to spinning.  I finally thought of going.  I had the greatest poutine!

Life is good!

Sounds like you’ve been really enjoying yourself. Bravo!

Is that little bridge we had “thrown” over the creek still there? Did you go across?
